Common Questions
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter your email, or visit gosurvive.app/reset-password. We'll send you a reset link.
How do I delete my account?
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from the in-app profile settings, or by visiting gosurvive.app/delete-account. Account deletion removes your gameplay records and any content you uploaded.
The map or location isn't working.
GoSurvive needs location permission to find buildings near you. On iOS, check Settings > GoSurvive > Location and make sure access is set to "While Using the App." If buildings still don't appear, try moving to an open area for a clearer GPS fix.
My steps or walking distance aren't syncing.
Step-based rewards read from Apple Health. Grant access under Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > GoSurvive, and make sure step count and walking/running distance are enabled. Connecting a wearable is optional — the game also works with your iPhone's built-in motion sensor.
I found a building that's wrong or missing.
Building data comes from OpenStreetMap and isn't always perfect. Report it from inside the building's detail screen, or email us with the address and we'll look into it.

The in-app guide walks you through the core mechanics — discovering, scouting, and claiming buildings. You can also read it at gosurvive.app/manual.
